Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of the HiART website, service briefs, client and partner accounts and agreed projects.
1. Accepting these terms
By using the site or creating an account, you confirm that you have read these terms and can accept them for yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account details and for protecting your password and sessions. Do not share credentials, and report unauthorized use promptly. Accounts may be suspended for suspected abuse or violations.
3. Briefs and estimates
Brief information helps us understand scope; it is not automatic project acceptance. An automated estimate or early range is guidance. Price, timing and deliverables become binding after a written offer is accepted by both parties.
4. Approvals and reviews
The offer defines revision rounds and deliverables. Feedback should be consolidated and supplied within the stated stage. Scope changes or new applications may change price and timing.
5. Payment and delivery
The invoice or offer states currency, payment dates, start conditions and delivery. A local preview is not proof of a live payment or production launch. Payment-provider or transfer fees are handled as stated in the offer.
6. Ownership and use
After agreed fees are paid and deliverables approved, the usage rights stated in the offer transfer to the client. Source files, fonts and third-party assets remain subject to their licenses. Portfolio display is allowed only within the agreement and client approval.
7. Confidentiality and supplied material
Each party protects non-public information received during the project. The client confirms that supplied material is owned or licensed and does not infringe another person’s rights.
8. Partner program
Referrals are reviewed under the partner page and its requirements. Creating a link or naming a source alone does not create an entitlement; eligibility depends on attribution, verification and payment conditions.
9. Responsibility and updates
We provide reasonable professional care, but do not guarantee commercial results, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a purpose absent from the offer. We may update the site or these terms; the latest date appears above.

Briefs: when you submit, your answers and files are stored privately on our hosting and emailed to the HiART team at info@hiartstudio.com for reviewing your request. Client accounts and online payments are not active yet.
