We may collect contact details submitted through an account or brief, such as name, email, business information, links, files and project notes.

Your appearance preference and draft are saved in your browser. Submitted briefs and attachments are saved privately on our hosting and sent to the HiART team by email. Necessary cookies support form submission and the protected owner inbox.

2. How we use information

• Understand the project scope and prepare an initial estimate or tailored offer.
• Organize stages, reviews and files inside the client account.
• Communicate about requests, deliverables, timing and missing information.
• Protect accounts, detect unauthorized use and improve the service.

3. Files and private information

Briefs and attachments are stored outside the public website directory. Only the authenticated studio owner can view them in the protected inbox. Request data and attachments are also emailed to the HiART team for review.

4. External services

We may use hosting, email, payment, analytics or AI providers when approved for the project. Data is shared only as needed to provide the service and each provider has its own terms and policy.

5. Retention and security

We retain information while needed to deliver the project, meet obligations or resolve disputes. We use access controls, protected sessions and reasonable operational measures, but no internet service can remove every risk.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to correct, provide or delete your information when there is no lawful reason to retain it. We may verify the requester’s identity before acting.
